Peer to Peer Zooms Really Interesting
Posted by Joy Hogg on March 12, 2023 at 1:31 pmThe peer to peer help in both the design and the weaving assistance is really worthwhile! Kathy and Dawn moderate with a light touch . I think we were all surprised at how much we learned from each other.

to be quite honest, I think I’ve learned more in the peer-to-peer sessions than from Tien and Janet!

Jobs to tend to get in the way of weaving, don’t they?
Heads up, there will be WAL Peer supports added to the schedule, and maybe that day/time will work better for you! (Thursdays at 7 pm EST)

Does that mean tonight? I hate the fact I can not do these groups. When I signed up I thought it might be the case. I was right. I just want to stay home and weave.

My apologies, I just saw this now! Nope, you didn’t miss it!
Here is the link to the events page (you can also get to it by clicking events on the left hand navigation bar).
Upcoming Events – The Handweaving Academy
it has all the info with dates and times (note that the listed times are PST (aka Tien Time), but there is a link just below for you to check what time they are locally)

As a moderator, I am SO excited that most of the members who attend will join in the conversations. I know that some members have felt like they are “to new” to share their thoughts, but we have seen that everyone has something to share!
I LOVE that many people leave these sessions with questions that they didn’t know they had answered, and lots of new ideas and inspirations.
