Need help navigating the website? Not sure where or how to find something? Having trouble with one of our tools? Our monthly Website Help sessions are the place for you!
The Academy website is big and complex – these live and interactive sessions are a great way to make sure you’re getting the most out of it! Whatever it is you need help with, we’ll demonstrate where and how to accomplish your goals on the website. If you’re comfortable sharing your screen, we’ll even guide you through the process yourself so you can see how things work on your own computer or device.
If you’re not able to join live, you can submit questions in advance to make sure they’re covered during the next session.
Additional details:
Website Help sessions are Zoom meetings, with all participants visible and audible to the others if they choose to be. Each participant can decide for themselves whether or not to turn on their cameras and/or microphones.
These sessions are also an opportunity for US to find out from YOU which parts of the site could be made more user-friendly, where our help documentation could be improved, which features are the most popular and should be expanded, and so on.
The sessions are recorded so that we have a record of what kinds of demos we should create and where our written help documentation is lacking. The recordings may be made available so that others can find answers to their questions without waiting for the next live session.
